By accessing or using the services of Studio Cogan, LLC (“Studio Cogan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Mission Statement:

Sports and videography have always been my passions, fueling my drive to capture and share unforgettable moments. My mission is to collaborate with premier brands across industries, bringing fans and consumers closer to the action through dynamic, high-impact content.Studio Cogan works with organizations nationwide to create immersive, fan-driven experiences through professional video, photography, and digital media services.

Services & Pricing:

Studio Cogan provides video production, photography, editing, and related creative services. Pricing may vary based on project scope, availability, location, and client needs.

Additional costs may apply, including travel expenses, lodging, staffing, permits, or other project-specific fees.

Protection of Deliverables & File Retention:

All raw footage and project files are securely stored until final delivery.

Studio Cogan retains completed projects for a minimum of six (6) months after delivery. If files are lost or deleted by the client, we will make reasonable efforts to resend files within the retention period.

Payment & Delivery:

Final delivery typically occurs one to two weeks following filming unless otherwise agreed. Upon completion, an invoice will be issued, followed by delivery via platforms such as Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or ShareFile.

Once files are delivered to the client, the client assumes full responsibility for the use, distribution, and content of the delivered materials. Studio Cogan, LLC is not liable for any copyright infringement or legal claims arising from the client’s use of the final deliverables.Alternate delivery methods may be requested in advance.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

Deposits are non-refundable

Overnight travel cancellations may incur additional fees

Same-day or short-notice bookings (“Instant Coverage”) are subject to increased rates

Weather Policy

Studio Cogan films rain or shine. If weather conditions threaten equipment safety or quality, we will coordinate a reschedule at no additional cost.

Music & Copyright:

If a client requests specific music, Studio Cogan is not responsible for copyright clearance unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability:

Studio Cogan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, delays, or third-party platform issues.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
